A winter storm will develop in eastern Oregon and western Idaho Monday night through Tuesday morning as a warm front moves slowly across the area and brings heavy amounts of snow.
Winter Storm Warning in effect from 4 pm Monday to 4 am PST Tuesday.
The National Weather Service in Boise has issued a Winter Storm Warning for heavy snow in Baker County, which is in effect from 4 pm Monday to 4 am PST Tuesday.
- Snow amounts, 6 to 12 inches.
- Snow levels: surface.
- Winds: northwest 5 to 15 mph.
- Timing: late Monday and Monday night.
- Impacts: travel problems on Interstate 84 and other roads.
