Steam Cheese Tofu
his is simple and easy recipe. I think, combination tofu and cheese created different and delicious taste. It's cooked without oil, also low fat so it's good for your diet... Hehehe ;p

Ingredient :
1 pack white tofu
1/2 Onion, chopped
1/2 Green onion, chopped
1/2 carrot, chopped
Parmesan cheese
Salt & amp; pepper
Cooking direction :
Combine all ingredient into 1 bowl, mixed well
Put parmesan cheese again on top mixed tofu.
Then steam about 15-20 minute.
Serve.
Note : you can add meat if you like.
